해외직구 오배송 독일 제가 해외직구로 옷을 구매했는데 전혀 다른 상품, 다른 사람 물건(책)이

제가 해외직구로 옷을 구매했는데 전혀 다른 상품, 다른 사람 물건(책)이 왔습니다DHL을 통해 우체국 택배로 받게 됐는데 우체국 기사님은 독일에서 송장 스티커를 잘 못 붙여서 온거라 옷을 구매한 브랜드에 연락해보라고 하고브랜드 쪽에서는 DHL에 연락을 해보라는거 같은데DHL에서는 몇번이나 문의를 했는데이렇게 답장이 옵니다DHL한국지사에서는 해외에서 직송으로 보낸거라 취급하는 송장번호가 달라 확인 할  수가 없다는데 뭐 어쩌라는건지 모르겠어서 여기에 올려봅니다...메일 내용 첨부했습니다DHL 메일Dear Customer,Thank you for contacting DHL eCommerce regarding the delivery of your shipment.According to our information your shipment is delivered by (Korea post)on (October 10, 2025).In case that you have not received your parcel, please contact 1588-1300 / 82-42-609-4295 (overseas)(Korea post) and provide the domestic tracking no 송장번호 for furtherinformation about your parcel.We apologize for the inconvenience you may have experienced.Best RegardsCustomer Service TeamGlobal Recipient ServiceDHL eCommerceDHL eCommerce – Excellence. It seems as if someone may have taken another package from Germany that was being sent to your country, placed the shipping label on it, and pretended it was your order.If you did not do this yourself, you will need to contact DHL or your local delivery service, and possibly report the incident to the police.
