I would like to recommend excluding SK from future keyboard sales.
They charge customers over $100 in return shipping fees due to their own QC issues. While occasional QC mistakes can happen, SK claims that keyboards which would be considered B-grade on sites like JJW.com are within their spec and should be regarded as A-grade. This results in all return costs being unfairly passed onto the customer, which I believe is deceptive.
This kind of behavior tarnishes the reputation of JJW keyboards.
From a business perspective, I understand I cannot prevent you from continuing to work with SK, but I do want to make my position clear and strongly recommend that SK be excluded moving forward.
